About

I’m a being who realized I can be. I’m here to share nuggets of my life and my perspective of the happenings of this world. This is a personal blog that is not so personal. We are all in this together, believe it or not.

If you’re looking for the technical titles, I’m a singer, writer, performer and entrepreneur.

If you’re interested in thinking outside of the box, you’ll be pleased to know that a box doesn’t even exist here.

  1. Dear Naked Waters,

I’m producing and crowd funding a documentary on migrant workers in South Africa called A Migrant Heart, that I believe will make a good news story, and I’m wondering if you’d be interested in writing about it?

I am aware that you does stories on various topics and I am sure our story could find a cosy place on your site as a topic of interest.

We are busy raising funds to make A Migrant Heart.

    Synopsis:

Which is about migrant workers in South Africa. It’s focus lies on a Malawian man’s journey to push on forward in the midst of hardship, in his attempt to give his family and children a better life than he had.
Samuel can only see his family for 3 months at a time and works 2 years away from home. The documentary aims to inform, challenge and bring about active change in the lives of migrant workers in South Africa .
The film broadens the scope by investigating the lives led by other migrant workers in South Africa. The documentary challenges concepts of xenophobia, nationalism and racism.

    Many thanks for your consideration!

p.s. If this isn’t something you think is appropriate for you to cover, I’d be grateful for any referrals to other reporters and/or bloggers covering these issues. Thanks!”

    Sincerely,
